Uber Account Executive interview questions

The interview process was very dynamic the first step was a networking session of about 30 candidates. People spoke about themselves and why they were interested in uber. The next round consisted of a phone interview and the third was the negotiation.

Overall, the interview process was unorganized and untimely. Ended up completing a case study, and after many hours of typing up a quality response to their exercise, I'm not even sure anybody read it in detail. Being a new division, I don't think they know what types of candidates they are looking for, or need for that matter.
