The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Uber in Aug 2021
Interview
Recruiter reached out to me to schedule an interview. 10 minutes before our scheduled time she emailed me that we’d need to reschedule and completely went dark. Then reached out with a broad time range to meet so I sent her an hour block. She called about 5 minutes late (no big deal) and seemed about as enthused to talk to me about the sales role as a rock.
Ended up declining moving forward because the pay structure for the role was not typical of a sales role (guaranteed rate of income, but 60% of it is paid out bi-weekly and the remainder is paid out as a quarterly “bonus”)
Phone Screen, In-person interview (this was pre-COVID)
As it is a remote organization now, it focuses on the interview experience being on Zoom.
After initial interviews, you may be required to do a panel interview.
There were a total of 4 interviews, one HR screen, one zoom meeting with hiring manager and then 2 panel interviews which included a presentation based on the role. The total process took 4 months
