Question 1
Why Uber? Why should we pick you? Why would you be a good fit? The very bland and typical interview questions.

Interview
Applied in the summer. Took 5 weeks to get an phone interview with recruiter. The interview was around 40 min long. Said that if they feel I'm a fit, we would discuss compensation at the end. It went well, we discussed compensation at the end. They then told me they'd get back to me in 1 week. Cut to 5 weeks later, I follow up with an email saying - it would be great to get an update. A week goes by and I get a generic email from their system saying they went in another direction. Dreadful experience. I really dodged a bullet though considering all the tech layoffs happening right now.

Interview
Three rounds of interviewing. Speak to recruiter, hiring manager and another sales manager. Very thorough and transparent. A mock pitch is requested. That experience is challenging and fun. Be creative and make sure you close whoever you decide to be the decision maker.
