UNDP Consultant interview questions

The interview process consisted of two phases. The first phase involved a cover letter, CV, and essay review. If you pass that phase, you complete a 20-minute phone interview that consists of basic questions about the role, one's competencies as a candidate, etc.. The process moved quickly from inception to conclusion. The whole thing was completed within 3 weeks. The interviewers (two( were friendly and pleasant.
