UNDP Consultant interview questions

Panel interview (4 people), questions were focused on the job description (based on the advertisement listed on the UNDP web site) and a few HR behavioral questions (difficult person, stressful situation)

The organization has to stick to predefined questions that they ask every applicant, so the conversation may be frustrating as it doesn't follow the natural conversation flow. You should always ask questions in return but do not expect the certain answers. Often, the interviewing staff is not aware of all of the nuanced of the job role yet. You will figure it out along the way together.
