Interview
I had a great time with the entire process. I had a great panel of interviewers. I was asked to do a phone screening and then a video call with the team.

Interview
I started with 3 or 4 telephone interviews of 30 minutes each. Then they asked me to come to their HQ location and we set a date for the trip. The meetings on site were very typical and mostly "get to know you" type discussions rather than detailed evaluations of my experience. The multiple on-site meetings took the better part of a whole day. Upon returning I took an online personality assessment and an offer letter followed shortly afterwards.
Of particular note, rather than them covering my interview trip I was asked to pay for it in advance and submit an expense report afterward. While not uncommon for small to midsize companies, I was surprised by this from such a large organization. It took them a little over a month to send me the travel reimbursement.

Interview
Phone interview, asking about past experience and typical behavioral questions about working in a group and if I was okay with the working times and working hours. Told me about the company and what a typical day of an intern would be.
