The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Trinity Life Sciences (New York, NY)
Interview
HR reached out to me saying I would be a potential fit for Sr. Consultant based on my current role and responsibilities.
Three separate interviews conducted, no case elements, only behavior questions .
The 2nd call with team lead was horrible. He kept saying I was interviewing for consultant and was annoyed after I corrected him. He asked repeated questions on things I literally just explained 30 second ago. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time. I was about to cancel the last interview due to my negative impression on this ex-Blueprint team and leader but wanted to respect HR's effort of scheduling. Ironically, the 3rd call was cut from 1 hour to 30min without noticing me.
Three weeks after interview, no result shared even after my followup email. The entire interview process ruined my perception of Trinity, although the team really represented Blueprint that was acquired not long ago.

Question 1
What is a trend in the life science industry that you have found interesting?
Very clear; loved the questions asked and connected with the interviewers. I was impressed by their enthusiasm for Trinity and they followed up quickly. I got a job offer last fall and found out fairly quickly after the first interview.
