I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Trinity Life Sciences in Apr 2022
Interview
My worst interview experience ever:
I connected with the recruiter directly on LinkedIn and applied to the position. There was an initial phone screen with the recruitment coordinator followed by 2 interviews with a Principal and Director. I thought the interviews went fine but I have been ghosted by the company after that. No communications, no updates, nothing whatsoever even after multiple follow-ups. Job search can be quite overwhelming but ghosting in the middle of an interview when you thought everything went well can leave a dent in your confidence. If you have a call with them, do yourself a favour and save some time as this has happened to other candidates as well.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Trinity Life Sciences
Interview
Overall 4 3-minute interviews. First two were behavioral and third included a simple case study. Fourth was with a principal. I thought all went well and HR kept trying to keep tabs on other offers I'd be getting, but in the end they said they didn't have bandwidth to add on a senior consultant and it was an internal structure issue (?)

Interview
Initial behavioural interview followed by a super day. The Super day consisted of two behavioural, two cases (one of which required a detailed analysis of data and a short verbal synthesis of your findings).
