Interview
recieved pleasant phone call to schedule interview. arrived to find police presence in parking lot and lobby, apparently two officers stationed there 24/7. met with hr,pleasant routine questions. took IQ test ( common these days) and short written exam. then met with would be supervisor (stoic, didnt hit it off). Most interior walls in office were glass without blinds. no cubicles, no personal effects anywhere except some odd yet interesting artwork. cameras everywhere minimalinteraction between employees that i could see literally seemed like a human ant farm. hi tech state of the art equipment, which was a very positive thing to see. still, i was impressed with product, and tech possibilities so i was willing to take pay cut. Was rejected by email, and oddly informed it was not necessary to apply in future. Life goes on.

Interview
Apply online and get phone call from HR about 5 days later. Briefly review my resume and ask some questions such as how much compensation I expected (it was a surprise), why TransUnion, what statistical analysis I have done, if handled multiple projects before, personal weakness... Then said the review will be sent to HR manager for further consideration. Then about two weeks later, receive an email saying no further consideration.
HR woman is very nice and friendly! Even though it stopped at phone interview, I was happy since at least TransUnion looked at my application and resume.
Actually, I have a question whether our applications really reach to HR or the department who is hiring. It seems all applications are handled by a third party. Probably only some applications can go through the third-party system and arrive at the hiring company. If it is true, is it a waste for both applicants and hiring companies?

Interview
Inter view consisted of taking a 40-50 question IQ/intelligence test followed by a coding test (php, mysql), psychological test and a written test. Then a technical/personality interview with 2 members of the PHP team. This followed by speaking more with the HR recruiter and the speaking with the owner of the company.
