Toptal Software Engineer interview questions

HR Intro interview with a member of the Toptal team. The second stage involves a technical coding test. After the coding test there is a further technical interview to review your technical coding test answers.

The worst process I have ever seen so far. 1. coding round 2. coding round code review and video round, with shared screen. I would suggest not to go for this company at all. These guys are so unprofessional. I was asked to review my code and told i had similarities in my code from other solutions available on other websites, only the variable name differs. How can someone write a sorting algorithm or a search algorithm in different way, which is not present anywhere in internet. Then he started blaming me saying that i should come clean if i have copied it from somewhere. After that i got 15 min to solve a question which actually can not be solved in 15 min, if you don't know about 15 min. and faster then a typewriter.
