TikTok Customer Service Representative interview questions

1st Screening Call was good, the questions were about the CV and why you would like to work for TikTok. 2nd Interview with hiring manager was friendly as well and loads of behavioural questions were asked: such as „what would be your solution to this issue“. I had a good feeling afterwards. The 3rd and 4th interview rounds would have been with HR but I’ve been ghosted for 2 months now which is so unprofessionell so I wouldn’t recommend starting the process.

The interview process was around 8 rounds with different managers. All were a very similar format, mostly STAR questions and a deep dive into your background. Some were also to test language capabilities if you are working with different markets.
