TikTok Client Solution Manager interview questions

Awful experience. Interviewed with other CSM’s.m along with CSM manager. The CSM manager was terrible at interviewing. I understand the company is new so the experience and knowledge of interviewing is limited but please invest in that area more. It was so bad the interviewer was awkward, wasnt sure how to ask questions and he even cut me short. The CSM manager cut me off mid sentence and said, “Sorry man I have meeting I really have to go.” Poor corporate culture as well due to company growing mostly during pandemic. The company has no identity when it comes to company culture.
