TikTok Client Solution Manager interview questions

I applied online through their website and heard from a recruiter about a week later. I had two rounds of interviews both on the same day. HR took quite awhile to reply to me so scheduling the interviews was difficult. The interviews themselves were fine. I met with a CSM (same role I interviewed for) and a BPM. The CSM asked a lot of questions related to programmatic advertising. The BPM had more general questions about why I was interested in TikTok and the brand.

I felt I was very welcomed when I came for the interview. the questions were clear and related to the job title I applied. The interviewer was professional. There were 3 stage of the interview. Peer interview, User Interview & HR Interview.
