I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at The Home Depot (Palmdale, CA) in Feb 2009
Interview
Well i applied online and got a phone call the next day from the coordinator (extremely friendly) and she asked if i was still interested and if i could come in on tuesday. I came in on Tuesday and the assistant store manager interviewed me. She asked me mostly questions about prior experiences such as "Have you ever had to a job that you didn't want to do? If so, what was the job and did you do it?" Almost every question was about difficult work scenarios and how you reacted to them.

Question 1
Have you ever had to work on something by yourself?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Home Depot in Jul 2010
Interview
So far have had two phone interviews over the past two weeks; scheduled for a skills test and the 1:1 interview in a few days. To me somewhat confusing since have had a corporate recruiter and two other HR types call for information and to do the phone interviews. The second phone interview took about 20 minutes and consisted of some general position information, general overview, basic questions, and then three specific questions on: Delivering results; Customer experience situation; and work relationships / working with a set time-line to meet.
