Over the phone interviews with potential supervisor and other hiring team members. They were very nice and seemed genuinely wanting to help with the hiring process. Work through a scenario like role-playing a customer interaction.

Difficult interview questions, Takes forever to hear back from recruiter, long and drawn out. You have to constantly check in with them just to hear a response back which is time consuming
