I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Target (Los Angeles, CA) in Jun 2017
Interview
I interviewed 3 separate times at 2 different locations. It was quite dysfunctional and both stores had not communicate the same details to me as they had to each other about the position. I actually had one store director call me and tell me the position I wanted was no longer open, only to find out they were still looking to hire me.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
First round interviews are basic questions about yourself and your experience. Second round are more situational. Ex: What would you do if a guest was looking at an item on a mannequin? What would you do if we were out of stock on an item a guest wanted? etc.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Omaha, NE) in Jan 2019
Interview
I was reached out to by a recruiter and had 2 phone interviews before moving on with an interview with the Store Director and ETL of Style. I then had an interview with the DM and Regional Visual Merchandiser.

Question 1
What about this mannequin moment would you change and what story would you make out of it?

Interview
Two phone interviews before in person interview. Hiring managers couldn't answer questions about job role clearly or for what position I was actually interviewing for. None of them seem to even review my resume before the interview.
