Quickly replied to my application, started with a phone interview to go over application. Very friendly and easy to talk to which took some pressure off. Notified you whether you moved on in the interview process or not.

Very personable and professional. Plenty of questions relevant to the position and the continual updates. Wish they would have asked for an on hands example of what the candidate is capable of

Interview
There were four interviews altogether. I originally applied for the position on July 1st, and was contacted by a recruiter about two weeks later to set up a phone interview. After that I interviewed in store (masks required because of COVID) with a team lead and the executive team lead. Both of the first two interviews focused a lot on situational questions, and I was asked a lot about my prior experience (I was coming from a store manager position at a different company).
After that I had two more in-person interviews - one with the store manager and HR director, and then the final with the district leader on July 31st. There were some more situational questions here, but the main focus of each interview was walking the floor. We visited different departments and I was asked from a merchandising standpoint what I thought the merchandising story was trying to tell, what I liked about it and what I would change.
Each in person interview lasted just about an hour. About two and a half hours after my final interview I received a call from the HR director offering me the job. Everyone I interviewed with was very friendly and welcoming. It definitely wasn't a difficult process, just a bit lengthy.
