I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target
Interview
Pretty decent set you up with an interview then you would receive your second that same day. You would be interviewed by two separate people that would then discuss their thoughts on applicant. If they are liked the applicant would be job offered right away and would have 24 hours to submit a drug test and would just have to wait on the results from that and a background check
The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Target in Jun 2012
Interview
I met with a Executive Team Leader over the department I was applying for and then was passed on to the Store Team Leader. He has referred me on to the District Team Leader, but I have not yet met with him. I appreciated how open each TL was to my questions. I'm a strong believer that I am interviewing them as much as they are interviewing me. They welcomed my questions and were very personable. My advice to other applicants is to review your experience and have some good examples ready, but other than that, have a conversation. Be positive, with high energy and express a career interest. Ask questions.

Interview
The interview consisted of questions to try to determine your overall ability to lead a team. Questions like tell me a time when you went beyond your normal duties to help a guest. What would you do if a guest wanted to return something and they are beyond the 90 day period and they get mad and start yelling at you.
