Target Team Leader interview questions

I heard about a possible oppurtunity for a TL position at one of Target's new stores. Beforehand, I was already employed with Target; therefore, I applied through E-hr. I got a call from the HR ETL and was set-up with a 1:1 interview with two ETL's the week following. After the 1:1, I had a phone interview with the STL, HR business partner, and two other exectuives sitting in on the phone interview. Overall, the interview did take longer than expected, only because of certain situations regarding time. All of the ETL's who interviewd me were extremly attentive and engaging. The process was a great expereience. I believe that behaviour is one of the most important aspect that Target is looking for.

I went to a Target info session at school and spoken to a couple recruiters before they called me for a 1:1 interview, The interview was in two parts. First I spoke to one of the team leaders, then the second part I spoke to the Store Manager. I thought I did really well, I felt like I had made a connection, but afterwards I never received a response back. People I've spoken to from school who had interviews with Target said the same thing.
