Target Team Leader interview questions

This opening was listed on Indeed.com and I also was referred to it by an HR employee currently at the distribution center. The initial phone interview lasted about 45 minutes and was strictly behavioral based questions. They emphasize the STAR Q/A system, meaning an acronym for Situation, Task, Action, and Result - it very well known and easy to research online. However, I was given advice to also research the company's values (such as communication, leadership, philanthropy, innovation, and cost leadership), and I was told to incorporate those values, as well as my own personal experiences in work history, into the STAR system responses. Because of this, and it being my first interview of this type, I found it to be slightly difficult. There are further 1:1 interviews but I declined the job after seeing that it was not a fit for me.
