Usually make you wait for a while then get into a small room and answer questions based on situations with customers and how you handle as well as who are you and why should you be good for the job

After applying online, I soon received a phone call stating that my next part of the process was that I would receive a link to a website where I would be recording myself answering questions. For anyone that doesn’t like recording themselves, it could be quite nerve-wracking, especially when you are only given 3 attempts to get it right. Well, it took about 15 minor so to complete and most of the questions were scenario-based so the company really wants to get a feel of who you are.
