Target Styles Consultant interview questions

I interviewed with two people. Both asked me behavioral style questions, which I was not prepared for considering I was interviewing for an entry level retail floor position.

I applied online and after a week or a week and a half, the HR manager texted me to set up an interview. There were two interviews, each with a different Team Lead for the Style department. The first was a typical interview and just asking questions, and the second we went down to the floor and she asked me some questions and we talked to an associate in the position I applied for. After that they asked if I could stay for a third interview, which was basically just an HR Expert telling me I got the job and filling out some paperwork. The rest of the paperwork was done on a separate day in a training class.
