Interviewer told me about the company and what they do to give back to the community. They also asked me a few questions, what days I was available, and showed me the different clothing sections. At the end I had to choose an outfit based on what I would wear on my first day of school.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Target in Aug 2018
Interview
I interviewed with two people. Both asked me behavioral style questions, which I was not prepared for considering I was interviewing for an entry level retail floor position.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Columbia, MO) in Jun 2019
Interview
I applied online and after a week or a week and a half, the HR manager texted me to set up an interview. There were two interviews, each with a different Team Lead for the Style department. The first was a typical interview and just asking questions, and the second we went down to the floor and she asked me some questions and we talked to an associate in the position I applied for. After that they asked if I could stay for a third interview, which was basically just an HR Expert telling me I got the job and filling out some paperwork. The rest of the paperwork was done on a separate day in a training class.

Question 1
Took me to the floor, asked me to go to my favorite clothing department. Then asked me to act as if I was helping a guest find an outfit for a wedding, and explain what I chose.
