I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Target in Oct 2021
Interview
It was a recorded video interview. You were given questions, then you had time to respond. You are also given three tries to re-record your response if you weren't satisfied with the first time
Applied through Indeed and got a call a week later. Provided a copy of resume. Confirmed time and met at the Starbucks in the store. A Team member asked about previous experience, customer facing roles, why I wanted to work at Target, and my availability. Pretty easy going but also needed to be professional. Also asked about holiday availability.
