Received a phone call. Scheduled an interview. Chatted with two people and answered questions related to posted position. Everyone was friendly. The process took less than an hour, and I had a job offer before I left the building.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target
Interview
The interview was very easy: showed up, head into staff training room, and have a conversation about work history with one interviewer. They asked about skills, how you might respond to a scenario, your availability and flexibility. The nterviewer was very nice.

Question 1
Q: What are your strengths/assets that you feel you will bring to and can apply to this job?
Q: What are some of your areas of weakness or challenges that you want to strength/grow?
Filled out on line application and was called same day for phone screen and conditional offer. Signed and accepted offer through on line portal and set up for a training schedule within a day of signed offer.
Very simple interview process back when I interviewed. Applied, got a call shortly after to set up a phone interview, then moved to an in-person interview/orientation after the initial interview.
