I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Target (Anaheim Hills, CA) in Oct 2016
Interview
Applied online and got a call 5 days later from a woman in HR to schedule interview. Went in for interview on a Monday. I went to customer service and was sent to break room. I waited and then went to an office with my interviewer. After the interview, she took me back to the break room and went to look for another manager to interview me. No one could, so I went home and the next day I got a call from the woman in HR and scheduled my second interview for that day. I came in and it was the same process, then I went home. I got an email that Friday saying they couldn't offer me a position at that time.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Target (Escondido, CA) in Sep 2015
Interview
My interview was scheduled for 1pm, and I arrived 15 minutes early. I was told to meet an HR person in a back corner near the electronics. So, I headed to that area and waited. And I waited. And I waited. It was pretty clear that this is were the offices were, and yet there were no employees, no HR people, basically not a soul in sight for the 20 minutes I spent pacing across the back wall of the store. Eventually, an employee headed in to take his break, I was allowed in and was told to sit and wait in the employee break room. And so I waited. And I waited. And I waited. I was eventually called into a small office where a woman asked me some questions off a sheet of paper and rated my answers on a scale of 1-5.
