I applied online and about a month later received a call for a seasonal position although I applied for a full time permanent position. I was constantly calling them about the status of my application because I really was interested in working there (I’m not psycho I swear lol). They explained to me they were having a job fair and I could come in and do an interview. I got there and they seated me in a pre-interview waiting room with two other people and finally interviewed me after about 25 minutes. The interview process was LONG. I spent a total of almost two hours there and had an interview with two people. They were both extremely polite and friendly. They asked a lot of questions. Before I went into the interview I briefly looked on here to see what the interview questions would be like and studied a little bit because I’m not very good with interviews, I get way too nervous. If I didn’t study before I went to the interview I don’t believe I would’ve gotten the job. There were a lot of experience questions. There were also a lot of “name a time when...” questions. If you’re good at remembering on the spot then it shouldn’t be a problem for you! Other than that I had a wonderful experience, they hired me on spot.
Interview questions [11]
Question 1
Name a time where you worked with someone to achieve a goal
The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Target (Levittown, NY) in Sep 2018
Interview
Was invited to attend an interview at an agreed time in their Levittown, NY store.
Was asked by a receptionist to sit in the staff break room and someone would get me.
After waiting twenty minutes, I left. A few days later, I received an email informing me I wasn't successful.
If that's how they disrespect job applicants, then they must really treat their employees poorly.

Question 1
Have a seat in the staff room and someone will be with you shortly.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Largo, MD) in Dec 2017
Interview
It was quick and they mainly asked questions about my availability. They also asked me if I was able to handle stress. It was both a group interview and a 1on1 interview. I was hired on the spot but I had to follow up my online app with a phone call.
