I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Target (Irving, TX) in Feb 2017
Interview
The interview was easy. It was a two part process. First a guy interviewed me. The questions were really easy. He had a packet that he read from and paraphrased my responses. Then I did the second part with his supervisor. It was the same process, she asked me a few questions and wrote my answers in a packet. I was asked for my availability and then the interview questions. I met with HR and got my offer letter on the spot
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Target (New York, NY) in Nov 2016
Interview
Thorough interview. Asked a few questions about my strengths and weaknesses, along with some situational based questions. Overall the interview was pretty relaxed and more of a get-to-know-your personality type of thing.

Many situational questions. (What would you do if this happened or tell me about a time when you displayed this characteristic). Managers were nice but seemed to be in a hurry.
