The interview process was rather easy. They asked me normal interview questions. Example’s are “Where are you from, tell me about yourself, when have you experienced challenges.” I heard back from Target same day about the results.

Typically about 3 situational questions with the Team Lead. Then second interview is with an ETL that is another 3 situational questions. They are looking for specific answers and not generic responses. They want a situation and what was your contribution to the solution.
