Fairly simple and straightforward interview for the job at Target. There were understandably a lot of scenario questions, like what would you do with a rude customer, how would you deal with team members who are lazy, that kind of thing. Overall nothing too difficult, just take half an hour before your interview and run through some of those scenarios and how you'd answer them.

Interview
I was emailed to come in for an interview. They only had one day as an option. I arrived 15 mins early and sat waiting 15 mins after my appointment time. When I finally started my interview the interviewer informed me that it wasn’t for the position I applied for; therefore wasting both of our time. The position I applied for she informed me wasn’t available. Then later try to tell me the position doesn’t exist even though it’s a section in the application process. I was annoyed about the whole process, granted the interview was very nice. She did offer me a position she thought I would be great in, but it wasn’t what I applied for nor what I wanted.

Interview
Apply online. If your past work experience is decent, they’ll call you and do a phone interview. If you pass that, then they will call you in again and set up an in person interview. If you pass that, then they will hire you on the spot, set up a date for orientation, and from there on they will give you your training schedule.
