Target Guest Service interview questions

I applied online for whatever position was available, but when I came in they seemed interested in seeing what I would be interested in/would fit with my skills. The interview was rather short and contained typical questions like, What are your strengths and weaknesses?

My Interview included meeting with my department team leader and ended with a similar interview with human resources. They asked pretty simple and generic questions with "tell me a time when..." scenarios. You will then be sent to a nearby lab in order to collect a urine sample for a drug screening as well.
