1 interview with a recruiter, followed by an interview with a store team leader and a third interview with a district team leader. The final step was a phone interview with a human resource manager. I was then made the offer by the recruiter.

4 Interviews - 2 Phone, 2 Face to Face. The first phone interview was basic. You just review your work history. The rest of the interviews are all situational based. They expect you to use the STAR method when answering your questions. Tell them what the situation was, what you did or your involvement, and the outcome. Have a positive attitude, and be quick and precise with your answers. You will be asked 6-8 questions per interview, and make sure to ask questions at the end.. Even if you don't have any, ask something.

* Once you've got your team motivated, how do you maintain their motivation........
* How would you explain your leadership style......walk me through a day in your shoes.....
