I had 7 interviews with the company. Each person was starting with the same question related to my CV. The questions in general were mostly the same on each level, as if the interviewers were not communicating with each other. The questions focused on giving examples of the times: when I had to lead the team, dealing with stress, working on few projects simultaneously while one of co-workers doesn't do his/her share.

Question 1
Non of the questions was really unexpected as measured by its difficulty - only the repetitiveness seemed strange.

Question 1
Many different questions about how you would handle situations. I wouldn't say there were any questions that were really unusual. As with any company you are working with, try to give positive thoughtful answers and DO NOT talk badly about the company that you worked for. Prepare to throughly be questioned about what your personal leadership strengths and weakness are and how they can derail you form getting to where you want to be.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target (Fresno, CA)
Interview
-Be at least 15 minutes early. These are generally tightly planned and tardiness is a huge detractor.
-Generally three interviews. If you interview with the District Team Leader one on one or with the Human Resources "manager" you're in pretty good shape.
-High energy in your interview is a must. Think cheer leader toned down to interview levels. You can teach a process but you can't teach a great out going personality.
-Each question is "situational"/behavioral, very "Tell me about a time..." like questions. Keep your answers concise Situation/Behavior/Outcome.

Question 1
The unscripted questions are probably the most difficult. If the person is going off the script theyre either not getting what they want from you, checking for a higher level of understanding or potential, or if there are two people in the room they may just be trying to impress the person observing cause THEY are trying to promote.
