I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target in Aug 2009
Interview
Typical questions how to handle customers who are difficult. They want you to give examples of how you handled a difficult customer and went above and beyond the duty to accommodate a customer.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2009
Interview
They were pretty friendly and asked me basic questions about my history and my schedule. They wanted to know what my time committment would be and I think that I blew it by explaining that I was only expecting to be in the area for another year at most, because I would be finished with school. But I also think that school period was not that great, they dont have total control over your schedule then.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target (Upland, CA) in May 2010
Interview
I had been interviewed by Target before, so this was more of the same. A one-on-one interview with a manager who asks basic questions like, "Why Target?", and "Discuss a time when..." scenarios. This process took about 15 mins, then she told me to wait in the break room for the second interview. The next manager was obviously higher up on the ladder. She was much more rude than the first woman. Also she picked away at everything you say...really got on my nerves.
