Applied online. Got called in for an interview and was interviewed by the Guest Services Team Leader, the Human Resources Team Leader, and the Store Manager. I was asked why I wanted to work with the company, what my skills and experience was, I was asked to give a time in which I provided great customer service and if it was a satisfactory experience for the guest. I was also asked that if possible to give open availability and that would increase my hire chance.

I was asked how I would handle and angry customer.
I applied online. Standard interview process. They were quick. I went in for my interview within four days of applying. I applied for full-time only but still called me in an offered part-time. The interview was simple. No strange questions, no real thinkers. I ended up receiving an offer but not accepting based on the pay offered; minimum wage with college credit.

Interview
They have group interviews, and they take you one by one with 3 different managers including an HR representative and if theyre going to hire you they'll tell you right on the spot if theyre not they tell you they;'ll give you a call back. The questions were very basic regarding helping guests and not having a product in store what would you do.
