Target Customer Service Representative interview questions

Overall straightforward, very laid back and conversation flowed well. Was about 30 minutes in length and no hard balls thrown, pretty standard. Questions about prior skills and experience and how to handle various situations

Very lengthy and time consuming. I had to have several interviews on different days. It is definitely a process. They definitely take their time during the hiring process. I would advice to be patient because this process may be lengthy.
