Target Cart Attendant interview questions

My interview was around 30-45 minutes long. I went through 3 sessions of interviews by 3 different people in different departments. The 3 departments included the front of the store supervisor (who I would mostly go on to report to when I got the job), the manager, and the manager in HR. The questions were more personality based. They seemed to be imtersted in whether or not my personality and way of thinking would work in their work setting.

It was a virtual self assessed interview with 6 questions, each with entry so I could submit a video for each with my responses. It was very simple and they called me within three days.
