There are three interviews, the first is with the team leader of the department you are applying to. In this case it would be the Guest Service Team Leader. They ask a series of situational "tell me about a time" questions. Next the Executive Team Leader of the department (ETL GE) will ask similar but slightly more complex questions, and finally, if you make it through then you will receive a job offer, either from an ETL HR, the STL or and HR team member.
