Target Executive Team Leader interview questions

Long multi interview process. You will interview with multiple Store Managers (STL) and the district manager and HR. You may even interview with the Group Director (DM's boss). The questions are geared toward your leadership experiences. They want real life experience answers on how you handled a specific situation. Very similar to many companies.

Short interview, only asked 4 questions. Interviewer (Store Manager) was SO nice, very professional yet relaxed. However, I didn't feel that the questions that were asked allowed me to display my leadership skills, skills that related to the position, or my personality. This was just the first part of the interview process, the interviewer told me that I would be contacted within 2 weeks if they wished to follow up with an additional interview.
