I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Target in Nov 2014
Interview
I met Target on campus and gave them my resume. I got a call to schedule for an interview. The interview was over the phone and about 45 minutes. The guy was nice, but this was one of my first interviews and I know it was my fault that I just wasn't prepared enough.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Target (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2011
Interview
I sent my resume and cover letter to the corporation via company website. I received a phone call from a Minnesota recruiter and she conducted the initial screening. After I passed that, I was sent to the Chicago district (D145) to interview with the District Team Leader and Human Resources Business Partner. The next day, I was scheduled to interview with the Human Resources Group Leader the day after. After that interview, I received my offer letter within a couple of days and accepted. The entire process took about five days, quick moving.
