Target Executive Team Leader interview questions

Started as an intern. Applied online through my college of business and attended a career fair and information session through school. I was contacted via phone to set up an interview in person at a Target store. I met with 8 people, mostly Executive Team Leaders and store Team Leaders in a 4 interview process. Was offered the internship position via phone the following day.

Used to work with Target as a TM a year go and recently went through the ETL interview. It consisted of a face to face with an STL, then a phone with another STL, and another interview with the DTL. The final interview was a phone interview with the Group HR manager and was a pretty basic HR interview. Very long and tough process but well worth it. Salary and benefits are very, very good and the opportunity for an ETL are fantastic.
