Interview
First conversation at a university career fair. Followed by applying online. Next was a phone interview with a store leader. The next step was a 30 minute in store interview with a store team leader, mostly behavioral questions. After the in store interview was another phone interview and lastly was a conference call with an hr director and regional leader.

I spoke to a recruiter at a career fair. She was very nice and invited me for an on campus interview.
I had two individual interviews- one by a recruiter from the HR department and another by a store team leader. They were both very nice and it seemed like they wanted to make applicants feel comfortable. I really appreciated that. The store team leader invited me for a second round interview with the district team leader.

I can tell you the hiring process is slow for external hires looking for management positions. The interviews themselves are very situation based. You will be given a scenario and asked to explain the situation, your actions and the results. From your answer, they want to derive your leadership skills including problem solving, leading a team and thinking on your feet.
