I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target in Jun 2013
Interview
I was contacted about the job via LinkedIn and after talking to the recruiter she had me go through a series of 3 interviews. It is about a 2 week process to get through the interview process. They ask "Tell me about a time when you___" I would write a list of your activities with leadership experience. Use specific examples- but remember to always relate the question to what you learned and the outcome of the situation. If you make it to a Skype interview be prepared for your computer to be in a quiet place with good lighting and put books under your computer so that you are looking up at the screen. From interview to interview several questions will overlap. just be prepared.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had a difficult time getting others to do things in a timely manner.
Was promoted internally to Executive Team Leader. Interview consisted mainly of behavioral and situational scenarios. They wanted to know your thought process and wanted to see that you prepared yourself well. Come with different situations to discuss and link them to how they would be relevant at Target. Also, come with questions to ask as well.
