Tapestry IT Analyst interview questions

Interview actually went well, spoke with 5 people on the team. It is the HR department (or lack of) that I am complaining about. After the interview I never heard from them. No phone call. No Emails. Nothing. Took the initiative to email the HR recruiter to follow up on the position and no reply. The lack of professionalism is unbelievable. An email letting me know they move on with another candidate would suffice, but I guess thats way too much trouble to go through for them; even though I took a day off for the interview process after 2 rounds of phone interviews.
