Interview
The process was very quick at the beginning. I had a first interview with HR and two different interviews (the last one a technical one) with a Product Manager. Unfortunately, it all happened shortly before the very first wave of Coronavirus pandemic, so everything kind of stopped. After about two months, they wrote me telling me that they were experiencing a hiring freeze, and that they would update me.
I saw on their website that they started hiring again, but maybe not for that position.

Interview
Phone interview followed by an in-person interview for one of the TUI ski brands.
Overall I found the in-person interview a little odd and unstructured.
I left with a fairly negative opinion of the organisation and that they weren't really looking for true innovators.
