Assessment day including introductions, learning about the company, role plays, bring given an excursion card and then given 10 minutes to prepare a sales pitch to do as a role play activity with an assessor being the customer. People who do not pass the first exercises in the morning were sent home at lunch time, after lunch those who pass have one to one interviews.
