TUI Group interview questions

Informal interview followed by a formal interview with a case study and presentation (pre-prepared). Professional HR Resourcing lead who showed me around the office and answered questions on the company and their policies and culture. Prior to the formal interview completed psychometric, verbal/numeric reasoning tests.

Had to sell a holiday to interviewer and think about adding extras like insurance and seat extras, I was asked to describe how I though I could cater a holiday to a specific need and want of the customer.. Getting into learning more about new destinations and selling these onto clients. Involved in running a good sales team with team members with a successful business.
