Video interview was fairly easy to complete, asked a few questions about what I would enjoy about being a rep and had the chance to present what I'd researched prior. The assessment day was good, in the morning we did group exercises and had a role play exercise with the afternoon being a final one on one interview.

What would you most like to gain from the experience as holiday rep
Interactive and very informative. They’re very welcoming and you get a quick information regarding the job. I personally enjoyed the selection process. Once you’re hired, they will send you an offer in about a week.

Straight forward assessment day with role play, presentation and group work. Half way through the day they send some people home and continue interviewing the ones they like. Pretty easy interview process.

The whole interview process was easy and comfortable. The interviewer was positive and clear with his questions and approach. During the process, I felt very comfortable and satisfied. Small room to negotiate salary, however, I accepted the role anyway.
