TUI Group Guest Service Advisor interview questions

Nice and easy, long presentation of company, a short film from office, some team work with other candidates; I had to write an email to a customer, take part in role play. In the end manager asked me some standard question (where do I wanna be in a year, do I want to work all year or only in the high season, etc).
