TP Customer Support Executive interview questions

It was smooth but time consuming. It took nearly a day to complete the whole process and I was frustrated after all this. People over there were busy and candidates were waiting for the whole day to get interviewed.

Well, the interview process is very simple for the ones who are good in communication skills. Considering the first couple of rounds, the questions will be based upon your introduction, your previous work and why do you want to join the company. This may also include explaining your yesterday's routine so as to check your tense usage knowledge. Finally this will be done and a simple typing test would have to be given with minimum speed depending upon the process (40 wpm).
