Interview
They have 3 levels in interview process. First is HR round, then there is another round with head HR I guess, then there is ops round the final round. They focus only on your communication skills. Be confident and quick to answer. Don't hesitate or think too much, just speak what you want to.

Interview
It's easy, they ask you basic questions and give you topic on which you have to speak for a minute. They only test your communication skills, especially in English. They test your fluency and communication skills. They ask you questions like why do you want to join BPO?
Fill form, Stay in waiting area, Get called then Proceed to your interview. Simple questions Were asked. They watched how quick you responded and how good you were with your words, They might ask some random questions but answer should be given confidently no matter what you have in mind just explain how you understand it
They have 2 to 3 rounds of interview.The interview was pretty easy, they just examine your communication skills. If you have experience then it will be easy for you to get job.
